Join our London team arranging specialist finance across property and business sectors. Ideal for candidates with 2-5 years in finance, banking, or professional services seeking client-facing, deal-driven work.
Responsibilities
- Client consultation and needs assessment
- Lender selection and deal structuring
- Application preparation and submission
- Transaction management through to completion
- Building relationships with clients and lenders
Requirements
- 2-5 years in finance, banking, or professional services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with commercial awareness
- Degree qualified (finance, business, economics preferred)
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
Senior Debt Advisor
Experienced debt advisory professional to manage complex debt structuring and capital placement mandates, and mentor junior team members. Strong existing lender relationships and proven track record required.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-value debt advisory and structuring mandates (£5M+)
- Develop and maintain institutional lender and credit fund relationships
- Mentor and support associate-level team members
- Contribute to firm growth and origination strategy
- Represent the firm at industry events across the UK and Europe
Requirements
- 5+ years in debt advisory, banking, or related field
- Established lender relationships across multiple sectors
- Proven track record of successful debt structuring and deal completion
- Deep understanding of property finance, corporate debt, and private credit markets
- Strong negotiation and financial structuring skills
