What commission rates do you offer?

Commission rates vary by product type and deal size but are competitive with market standards. Typically 20-30% of our arrangement fee. We provide transparent terms upfront - no hidden deductions or surprises. For high-volume partners, enhanced rates may apply.

How quickly do you pay introducer fees?

We pay introducer fees within 3-5 working days upon receipt of success fees (not funds released to client). Payment is made via bank transfer to your nominated account with full remittance details.

Will you try to steal my client relationship?

No. We understand you're introducing clients because you value that relationship. We treat every introduction with respect, provide professional service, and return the client to you once the funding is arranged. Many of our partner relationships span years precisely because we honor this approach.

Do I need FCA authorization to introduce clients?

For property finance and commercial lending introductions, FCA authorization is generally not required as these fall outside regulated activities. However, you should consider taking your own advice on this based on your specific circumstances and how you present the introduction.

What information do you need for an introduction?

Basic details are sufficient initially: client name and contact details, type of finance required (bridging, development, business lending, etc.), approximate amount needed, and brief overview of situation. We handle detailed information gathering directly with the client.

What if the client doesn't proceed or gets declined?

Introducer fees are only paid on completed deals where funding is provided. If a client doesn't proceed or is declined by all lenders, no fee is payable. We work on a success-only basis for both ourselves and our partners.

Can I introduce clients outside the UK?

Yes, we arrange funding for projects across the UK, Europe, and selected international markets. Our lender network includes institutions active in multiple jurisdictions.

Do you offer white-label services?
